Relative to our previous advisory on the temporary closure of the Bank's Head Office premises today, April 14, 2020, please be informed that the Bank and the Sanitation Office of Taguig City Health Office have both completed the sanitation and disinfection of our Head Office premises and the building's shared common areas.

With these measures and other protocols undertaken, our Head Office-based employees will once again report for work at the Head Office tomorrow, April 15, 2020.

CTBC Bank takes these matters seriously and will continue to be vigilant and proactive in implementing prescribed measures and in monitoring this evolving pandemic.
