Updates on Moratorium for Loan Payments


CTBC Bank remains committed to stand by you even during these challenging times and we would like to help you in managing your CTBC Bank loans by providing the payment options to your existing loans with the Bank.

In accordance with the requirements of the RA 11469 or the "Bayanihan to Heal As One Act" and its related implementing rules and regulations and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Issuances, your CTBC Bank loan shall not incur interest on interest, fees and charges. However, interest charge on the outstanding principal balance shall still be in effect.

CTBC Bank will further grant its Salary Stretch Personal Loan, Mortgage Loan, SME Loan, and Back-to-Back Loan clients a 30-day grace period for all loan payments with principal and interest falling due from March 16 to May 31, 2020 (or within the period of ECQ/MECQ).

Clients may opt to pay their obligations as they fall due and will not avail of the grace period assistance, may send an email to:

with subject: TYPE OF LOAN | OPT OUT PAYMENT EXTENSION with FULL NAME and LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER. Loan maturity will not be extended and accrued interest will not apply.

Clients who wish to avail of the loan moratorium/grace period may also send an email to the same abovementioned email addresses with subject: TYPE OF LOAN | GRACE PERIOD ASSISTANCE AVAILMENT with FULL NAME and LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER.
