Precautionary Measures on COVID19

CTBC Bank is undertaking these extra precautionary measures in its Business Centers to protect you and our employees' mutual health and well-being in light of the COVID-19 pandemic:

	A temperature check is conducted prior to entering the Bank's premises. If the individual's body temperature is above 37.6°C and/or experiencing flu-like sy mptoms such as sore throat, colds, and cough, the concerned individual will be requested to get medical clearance prior to being allowed entry.
	A face mask must be worn prior to entry and while inside the Bank's premises -- NO MASK, NO ENTRY.
	Hand sanitizers and/or alcohol are made available for your use at the entrance.
	As Social Distancing is highly encouraged, the number of clients inside our premises is limited to only five (5) at a time. Chairs are provided near the entrance for waiting clients.
	While inside the Bank's premises, you are requested to sit at least two (2) chairs apart.

These measures are in addition to the constant disinfection of our premises and other protocols being observed by the Bank and its employees. As COVID-19 is fast moving and evolving, the Bank may implement further measures in response to this developing situation.
