CTBC Bank Upgrades Retail NetBanking Application
We are pleased to inform you that CTBC Bank has launched the enhanced version of its Retail NetBanking (web interface and mobile banking app) to provide its retail account holders with better online banking experience.
The redesigned application introduces a responsive interface, user-friendly features, and timely notifications, and integrates a suite of advanced security measures to safeguard user data and assure users of their privacy and financial information.
To upgrade to the new version, CTBC Bank retail clients may simply visit the Bank’s website: https://www.ctbcbank.com.ph, go to Sign on to and click Retail, and/or download the CTBC Bank PH Mobile App in App Store or Google Play.
For clients with PESONet and other remittance transactions, the old version will still be accessible until such time these services become available in the enhanced Retail NetBanking.
