Adjustment of Cut-off Time for Real-Time
Gross Settlement Transactions

Please be informed that the BSP will be conducting its Live Mid-day Integrated Business Continuity Exercise (IBCE) on Friday, August 15, 2025.

In this regard, the cut-off time for Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) transactions made via branch or through CTBC Bank’s Corporate NetBanking Facility will be 12:00 NN. The standard cut-off time for RTGS transactions will resume on the next banking day, as shown below:

Via Branch: 1:00 PM
Via Corporate NetBanking: 2:00 PM
