Lower InstaPay Fees As We Countdown to 30 Years!

We are pleased to announce that starting August 12, 2025, the InstaPay fund transfer fee via our Retail and Corporate NetBanking platforms (mobile app and web interface) will be reduced from ₱15.00 to just ₱10.00.

This fee adjustment is part of our commitment to making digital financial services more accessible and affordable – and our way of thanking you for maximizing our online banking channels for your or your organization’s financial needs as we approach our 30th anniversary.

If you are new to our digital platforms, here’s how you can get started:

Retail NetBanking: Simply visit our website at https://www.ctbcbank.com.ph, click “Sign on to” and select Retail, or download the CTBC Bank PH Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play.
Corporate NetBanking: Please coordinate with your Relationship Manager or branch of account for assistance with enrollment.
