Transition to Electronic Statements


As part of our commitment to provide you with a more convenient and secured way of monitoring your bank accounts, please be informed that beginning August 2025, Checking Account and Time Deposit Statement of Accounts (SOAs) will be sent electronically to individual accountholders currently receiving printed copies.

To ensure timely delivery of your electronic SOA (e-SOA), kindly update your email address at your branch of account on or before July 30, 2025.

However, if you prefer to continue receiving printed copies of your monthly SOA, you may request this from your branch of account for a fee of ₱100.00 for the first three (3) pages and ₱10.00 for every succeeding page.
