In view of the Bank's migration to the EMV chip card technology, please be informed that effective January 1, 2017, we will no longer issue traditional magstripe cards (non-EMV cards).

Since all payment cards (e.g. ATM/Debit card and Prepaid card) should now be EMV chip compliant, CTBC Bank cardholders who were not able to have their magstripe card/s replaced should contact either their Business Center of account or our Customer Care Hotline at (02) 840-1234 or 1800 (10) 840-1234 (Domestic Toll-Free) IMMEDIATELY.
