Update on ATM Fees

Please be advised that beginning April 7, 2021, all card-issuing banks will no longer charge its Cardholders a fee for each cash withdrawal or balance inquiry transaction made at other institution's/bank's ATMs. Instead, the ATM owner shall be the one charging a fee for each withdrawal or balance inquiry transaction. While said fees may be updated and vary per ATM owner, CTBC Bank is pleased to retain its existing ATM fees for other banks' Cardholders transacting at any of our ATMs. Moreover, CTBC Bank Visa Debit and Cash Cardholders may continue to enjoy transacting at our ATMs free-of-charge.

Below is the table of the Bank's select ATM fees for your reference:

Corresponding fee will be charged by the ATM owner

The withdrawal fee shall be immediately deducted from the account together with the amount withdrawn, while the balance inquiry fee will be shown as a separate debit amount.

Said fees will be displayed on the ATM screen with the option to cancel the transaction if the Cardholder does not wish to pay the fee or decides to look for another ATM terminal that charges a lower fee.
