Fixed Rate Treasury Notes are medium to long-term negotiable and transferable debt instruments of the National Government issued by the Bureau of Treasury.

Features

  • 2 to 25 year tenors
  • Semi-annual coupon payments with face value and last coupon payment redeemed upon maturity
  • Minimum investment
    • Subject to issuer description for primary issuance
    • PhP200,000. for secondary issuance (Face Value)
    • Incremental lots of PhP1,000. thereafter
  • Subject to 20% withholding tax (for tax-exempt clients, please submit pertinent documents)
  • T+1 Settlement

    • Risk Disclosure Statement
    • Two (2) Valid Government Issued Identification Cards
    • Letter of Instruction
    • Corporate Papers
      1. Secretary's Certificate or Board Resolution
      2. Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws
      3. General Information Sheet (GIS)
  • If client has no third party custodian:
    • Notarized Special Power of Attorney
    • Special Handling of Mail
    • Letter to Deutsche Bank, Letter to CTBC BANK
    • AMLA Form
    • Specimen Signature Card
    • Corporate Papers
      1. Secretary's Certificate or Board Resolution
      2. Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws
      3. General Information Sheet (GIS)

  • Check the current rate.*
  • Subscribe to your selected FXTN in the nearest CTBC BANK branch or contact your Relationship Manager/Account Officer
  • Review your FXTN rate regularly to take advantage of possible capital gains or stay invested until it matures.
