Promo Mechanics:

1. The CTBC Bank’s “Cashback+Bonus Treat" Promo runs from August 11, 2025 to January 30, 2026, and is open to new-to-bank* and existing individual or corporate deposit accountholders who have a Peso Savings or Checking Account (excluding Ultimate Earner, and Peso Savings and Checking accounts with interest rates above 0.125%), or who opens one during the Promo period.

2. To qualify, new-to-bank* and existing accountholders must meet the following conditions within the Promo period:

• Make additional deposits (fresh funds**) into any of the qualified deposit account;
• Maintain a total Month-to-Date Average Daily Balance (MTD ADB) of at least ₱30,000.00 across all qualified accounts for six (6) consecutive months from the date of deposit;
• Must have a record of their active email address and Philippines-registered mobile number with the Bank; and
• Submit a Registration Form prior to making the initial or first qualifying deposit.

3. For joint accounts, only the primary accountholder is eligible to join the Promo.

4. Once all conditions are met, the accountholder will receive a cashback to be credited to his/her qualified deposit account, based on the total MTD ADB after the 6-month holding period, as shown below:

Additionally, new-to-bank* accountholders who apply for a qualified deposit account via the EzStart Online Account Application and successfully open the account within the Promo period will receive a ₱300.00 cash reward, provided that all conditions are met. The reward will be credited to the accountholder’s qualified deposit account after the 6-month holding period.

7. Select accountholders will receive an email from [email protected] and/or SMS from CTBC BankPH starting August 11, 2025, with Promo registration instructions and a code. Those who successfully register will receive an email confirmation from [email protected].

8. For accountholders who do not receive an email and/or SMS registration notification from the Bank, he/she may fill out and submit a Registration Form at their branch of account prior to making the initial or first qualifying deposit.

9. All qualified accountholders will receive an email confirmation from [email protected], indicating their eligibility to receive the cash rewards.

10. Cashback and bonus rewards will be credited between March 2026 and August 2026, after the 6-month holding period. If deposit/s is/are made between the first and tenth day of the month, the MTD ADB will be computed for the same month. Deposits made from the eleventh day onwards will be computed starting the following month.

11. Qualified accountholders with incomplete contact information (i.e. no email address or mobile number on record) will be notified to update their details prior to crediting of the cash rewards.

12. Cashback rewards are non-transferable.

13. The expanded withholding tax will be shouldered by CTBC Bank Philippines.

14. The Bank reserves the right to validate deposits and disqualify accountholders who do not meet the Promo requirements or are found to have committed fraud.

15. The accountholder agrees that the Bank may debit the equivalent amount of cash rewards from the nominated CTBC Bank Peso Savings or Checking Account if he/she is not entitled to these credits under the Promo’s Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, if the account balance is insufficient for this purpose, the accountholder agrees that the outstanding amount remains payable by him/her.

16. The Bank will strictly observe the “Terms and Conditions Governing Deposit Accounts and Use of ATM Facility” as confirmed by the accountholder during account opening.

17. Employees of CTBC Bank Philippines and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.

18. This Promo cannot be combined with other existing CTBC Bank Philippines’ Deposit Promos. In case of dispute, the decision of CTBC Bank Philippines, in agreement with DTI, shall be final.
