Promo Mechanics:

1. The CTBC Bank’s “Home Makeover Treat" Promo runs from August 15 to November 15, 2025, and is open to:

• New-to-Bank* individuals
• Existing CTBC Bank housing loan borrowers
• Existing clients who do not have a housing loan with the Bank

2. To qualify, housing loan applicants must meet the following conditions within the Promo period:

• Apply or re-apply for a housing loan during the Promo period;
• Avail the 3-year fixing loan term (standard or combat rate), regardless of the loan amount or purpose;
• Avail of the loan within the Promo period; and
• Expressly consent to participate in the promo and to be bound by its Terms and Conditions.

3. Once all conditions are met, qualified housing loan borrowers will earn one (1) electronic raffle entry and a chance to win ₱50,000.00 worth of SM Gift Passes or Ikea Gift Cards (GCs). One (1) winner shall be drawn for every loan availment raffle period.

4. For housing loans availed for Construction purposes with multiple drawdowns, the borrower will earn only one (1) electronic raffle entry based on the first drawdown.

5. The electronic raffle draws will be held at the 17th Floor of CTBC Bank-Head Office Building in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City at 4:00 PM on the following dates:

All electronic raffle draws will be facilitated by the Product Manager for Retail Mortgage Loan and the Consumer Finance Sales Department Head (or their designated representative), under the virtual supervision of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative, and in the presence of a CTBC Bank Internal Audit representative.

7. Winners will be notified via phone call, SMS, email, and registered mail, using the latest contact details encoded in the Bank’s system.

8. To redeem the prize, the winner must present a printout of the email notification or the original registered mail and one (1) valid government-issued ID. If claiming through an authorized representative, the following must be presented:

• Authorization Letter
• Copy of the Bank’s email notification or registered mail
• Photocopy of the winner’s government-issued ID
• Authorized representative’s government-issued ID

9. Prizes may be claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the notification, Mondays to Fridays (excluding holidays), 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at the following CTBC Bank branches:

1. Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon winners: CTBC Bank Bonifacio Global City, Ground Floor, Fort Legend Towers, 31st Street corner 3rd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
2. Cebu-based winners: CTBC Bank Cebu – Magallanes Branch, Ground Floor, Tokyu Building, 79 Magallanes Street, Cebu City
3. Iloilo-based winners: CTBC Bank – Iloilo Branch, Ground Floor, Insular Life Building, General Luna Street, Iloilo City
4. Davao-based winners: CTBC Bank – Davao Branch, Ground Floor, Brightstone Building, Monteverde Avenue corner Gempesaw Street, Davao City
5. Cagayan De Oro-based winners: CTBC Bank – Cagayan De Oro Branch, Units 4 & 5, Ground Floor, Gateway Tower I, Limketkai Center, Cagayan De Oro City

10. Prizes will be released upon signing a Release, Waiver, and Quitclaim Form by the winner or authorized representative.

11. The Bank reserves the right to select alternate winner/s if the original winner/s fail to redeem their prize within the redemption period.

12. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of CTBC Bank with prior DTI approval.

13. Winners are responsible for reading and understanding the usage guidelines printed on the back portion of the gift certificates.

14. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold the Bank free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Promo or use of the prize.

15. CTBC Bank will shoulder the 20% tax on the prize exceeding ₱10,000.00.

16. Any expenses related to the claiming or use of the prize shall be borne solely by the winner.

17. All prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.

18. By joining this Promo, winners agree and give consent to the Bank to use their name and/or photo for advertising and publicity purposes. Winners may be announced via appropriate Bank communication channels.

19. The Bank reserves the right to cancel the Promo and/or amend the Promo mechanics without prior notice.

20. CTBC Bank employees and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.

21. This Promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other existing CTBC Bank Philippines’ Housing Loan Promos.

22. The Bank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promo mechanics, winners, and prizes, in agreement with DTI, shall be final.
