Promo Mechanics:
1. The CTBC Bank’s “Island Getaway Treat" Promo runs from September 8 to October 31, 2025, and is open to new-to-bank* and repeat** personal loan applicants.
2. To qualify, loan applicants must meet all the following conditions within the Promo period:
- Loan must be applied for and booked within the Promo period;
- The availed loan must not be pre-terminated or cancelled at the time of the raffle draw; and
- Expressly consent to participate in the Promo and be bound by its Terms and Conditions by signing the “Island Getaway Treat” Promo Participation Confirmation document during loan application.
3. Qualified borrowers will earn electronic raffle entry/ies based on the availed loan amount, as shown below. Raffle entries will be entered via a DTI-approved randomizer:

4. Qualified borrowers will have a chance to win a trip for two (2) to El Nido, Palawan, inclusive of airfare, airport transfers, and a 4-day, 3-night stay at a 5-star hotel. There will only be one (1) winner of the raffle draw.
5. The electronic raffle draw will be held on November 26, 2025, at the 17th Floor of CTBC Bank – Head Office Building in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. The draw will be facilitated by the Product Manager for Unsecured Personal Loan and the Consumer Finance Sales Department Head, or their designated representatives, under the virtual supervision of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative, and in the presence of a CTBC Bank Internal Audit representative.
6. The winner will be notified via phone call, SMS, email, and registered mail, using the latest contact details encoded in the Bank’s system.
7. To redeem the prize, the winner must present a printout of the email notification or the original registered mail, one (1) valid government-issued ID, and company-issued ID. If claimed through an authorized representative, the following must be presented:
- Notarized Authorization Letter;
- Printout of the email notification or the original registered mail;
- Photocopy of the winner’s valid government-issued ID and company-issued ID; and
- Authorized representative’s valid government-issued ID or company-issued ID
8. The prize may be claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the notification, Mondays to Fridays (excluding holidays), from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at the following CTBC Bank branches:
- Metro Manila winner: Bonifacio Global City Branch, Ground Floor, Fort Legend Towers, 31st Street corner 3rd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
- North Luzon winner: Angeles Branch, Ground Floor, JEV Building, MacArthur Highway, Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga
- South Luzon winner: Carmona Branch, Ground Floor, Paraiso Building, National Highway, Barrio Maduya, Carmona, Cavite
- Cebu-based winner: Magallanes Branch, Ground Floor, Tokyu Building, 79 Magallanes Street, Cebu City
- Iloilo-based winner: Iloilo Branch, Ground Floor, Insular Life Building, General Luna Street, Iloilo City
- Davao-based winner: Davao Branch, Ground Floor, Brightstone Building, Monteverde Avenue corner Gempesaw Street, Davao City
- Cagayan De Oro-based winner: Cagayan De Oro Branch, Units 4 & 5, Ground Floor, Gateway Tower I, Limketkai Center, Cagayan De Oro City
9. To coordinate the prize claiming schedule, the winner must contact CTBC Bank’s Customer Care Unit, Mondays to Sundays, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM at 8840-1234 (Metro Manila); 1-800-10-8401234 (Toll-Free from other provinces through PLDT); or email [email protected].
10. The prize will be released upon signing a Release, Waiver, and Quitclaim Form by the winner or authorized representative.
11. CTBC Bank will shoulder the 20% tax on the portion of the prize exceeding ₱10,000.00.
12. The prize is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
13. An unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of CTBC Bank with prior DTI approval.
14. The travel date must be within six (6) months from the date the prize was released to the winner. Coordination of the travel date and hotel accommodation with the Bank’s designated travel agency shall be handled by the winner.
15. Any expenses related to the claiming or use of the prize shall be borne solely by the winner.
16. By joining this Promo, the winner agrees and consents to the Bank’s use of his/her name and/or photo for advertising and publicity purposes. The winner may also be announced through the Bank’s communication channels.
17. This Promo does not apply to loan applications under the Bank’s Salary-deduction Program, those with rate reduction arrangements, restructured accounts***, or any loans enrolled in other ongoing/existing marketing programs, including but not limited to Personal Loan Promos.
18. The Bank reserves the right to amend the Promo mechanics without prior notice.
19. CTBC Bank employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.
20. The Bank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promo mechanics, winner, and prize, in agreement with DTI, shall be final.

**Repeat loan applicant – Personal Loan borrower whose loan has already matured and paid off his/her existing loan, and is applying for a new loan
***Restructured accounts – Loan accounts requested by the borrowers for restructuring or modification due to financial condition
