Promo Mechanics:

1. The CTBC Bank “Move Up” Promo runs from May 20 to August 31, 2026, and is open to new* and existing individual Accountholders with Peso Savings or Checking account/s and a Year-to-Date Average Daily Balance (YTD ADB) below ₱500,000.00.

2. To qualify, Accountholders must meet the following conditions within the Promo period:

• Has an existing Peso Savings or Checking Account (excluding Time Deposit, Peso Savings or Checking Accounts with interest rates above 0.125%, and Ultimate Earner account);
• Submit a duly filled-out and signed Enrollment Form prior to making the initial incremental deposit;
• Make incremental deposits (fresh funds**) totaling at least ₱100,000.00, either into a single qualified account or across multiple qualified accounts;
• Maintain a total Month-to-Date Average Daily Balance (MTD ADB) of at least ₱100,000.00 across qualified accounts for six (6) months from the date of the initial incremental deposit; and
• Achieve a total YTD ADB of at least ₱500,000.00 at the end of the six (6)-month period from the enrollment date.

3. For joint accounts, only the Primary Accountholder is eligible to join the Promo.

4. Once all conditions are met, the Accountholder will receive a reward based on the total 6-month MTD ADB, as shown below:

5. All tangible rewards are subject to availability. If unavailable, the Bank will provide an alternative item of equivalent value, as determined by the Bank.

6. The total MTD ADB across all qualified accounts shall be used in the computation. As reference:

7. The baseline for incremental deposits shall be the Average Daily Balance (ADB) for nine (9) months starting August 2025 until April 2026. Deposits made above this baseline during the Promo period, starting from the month of enrollment, shall be considered incremental deposits.

8. For baseline computation, all Peso Savings and Checking accounts, including Ultimate Earner and third-currency accounts shall be included, excluding Peso and Dollar Time Deposit accounts.

9. Qualified Accountholders will receive an email notification from [email protected], along with the Redemption Form, as confirmation of their reward. Schedule of email notification are as follows:

10. To claim the tangible reward, the qualified Accountholder must present the duly accomplished and signed Redemption Form at his/her branch of account.

11. The rewards must be claimed at the Accountholder’s branch of account within sixty (60) calendar days from the date the Bank emailed the notification, Mondays to Fridays (excluding holidays), from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Unclaimed rewards will be forfeited in favor of CTBC Bank, subject to DTI approval.

12. If claimed through an authorized representative, the representative must present a valid government-issued ID and the Accountholder’s signed Redemption Form.

13. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

14. The Bank reserves the right to validate deposits and disqualify Accountholders who fail to meet the Promo requirements or are found to have committed fraud.

15. Accountholders who qualify for the additional interest agree to allow the Bank to make necessary adjustments if later found ineligible. Any deficiency shall remain payable by the Accountholder.

16. The Bank will strictly observe the “Terms and Conditions Governing Deposit Accounts”, as agreed by the Accountholder during account opening or prior to making the initial incremental deposit.

17. Employees of CTBC Bank Philippines and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified.

18. This Promo cannot be combined with other existing CTBC Bank Philippines' Deposit Promos. AMLA/KYC and Account Opening policies shall apply.

19. In case of dispute, the decision of CTBC Bank Philippines, in agreement with DTI, shall be final.
